Incredibly rude people working at the pharmacy. I came here for a Covid-19 test and was the first person to arrive. I’m waiting at the line in the pharmacy and the lady working there is just ignoring me. I simply asked the lady working there what time the pharmacy opens. She ignored me and so I asked again. Her reply was very rude and I do not like this Walgreens Pharmacy. I will instead opt for CVS or Urgent Care.

Haneen Kala, the pharmacist in this location was one of the most patient, kind and professional pharmacists I have ever encountered. We just moved to the area, my daughter had pneumonia and she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had her medicine and ensured that we will have access to all Walgreens in the future. I'm so thankful for her expertise and kindness on such a stressful day.

Top-notch Customer Service at this Walgreens location. I came in to have Labcorp blood testing done. It was super convenient to have it done at a Walgreens in-house Labcorp site. No waiting! Afterward I did not intend to shop but there were so many great deals on beauty supplies and pharmacy items I could not resist (honestly). The best part of the store visit was a courteous check-out associate who went out of her way to help me with my in-app coupons and alerted me to several buy-2-get-1-free deals I was unaware of. Excellent customer service at this location.

4 people working and all of them clueless, all of them had literally no idea what the were doing. It was a dumb and dumber situation. While waiting in line the lady behind the counter working who was supposed to be training the new guy was just actually confusing him and the customers. Kept talking about name brand and generic while the customer kept saying the cheapest option. They really have to hire people with at least some common sense.

Absolutely so rude and the online system to get vaccines is absolutely terrible. I waited for an hour and a half with absolutely no word. Had to stand in line and find out what was happening then they told me they were unable to do the shots. Said the system was down in early morning and still had me come in and wait an hour in a half for nothing. No warning call or anything. I will never go here again and be aware of their online appointment process, it is a joke.The entire staff were the most hostile, rudest people I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. Please be warned!

Checked in 15 minutes early but 25 + minutes later with no line for vaccine . When you fill out online form bring in because they don’t have access to it . CVS was much more thorough and efficient.
