I goes to order my regular a large butter pecan shake for a little over ten dollars, not complaining about the price at all because its one of my favorite spots but when I got my shake the young lady put not effort into making my ice milk into a shake. I was very disappointed this time of my effortless shake. I was so upset that I usually leave a tip but not today. Must be a sign I need to stop the shakes. Overall it’s a great place when you have that sweet tooth, it was just a bad experience for me today and this was a first being that it’s one of my favorite

My family and I have moved to this beautiful city just a year and a half ago. We are neighbors in Torino to this ice cream shop and have been enjoying ice cream many times but unfortunately I regret to finally have to leave this review. But this is the third time that we rush to enjoy ice cream knowing that they close at 9:30 pm we arrive at 9:15 only to see all the lights are turned off but someone inside so we called to see if we can get service only to be told that they are closed. When I asked why than Google shows they are open until 9:30 she said sorry we have to change that and when I said that I will have to leave a review she said "go ahead and do whatever you want" I said to myself WOW! Is that what you call customer service. Than they will have to change signage on the door that says they close at 9:30 as well...smh!
I have been there many times even at 9:25 pm and other workers have not had any problems to serve us.. We are so disappointed! To the point to choose a different place to get Ice cream just because of this....what a shame!

My daughter and I have been wanting to stop in for a while now. Popped in Sunday afternoon on our way to the park.

We were promptly greeted when we walked inside. The cashier was a very sweet young lady. She explained the ice cream selections to us and also said that they do change, so Theyre not always the same. Offered us tasting spoons for samples if we'd like. She explained that they can also make you a milkshake if you prefer.

My daughter was excited when she mentioned their Boba Teas. She ended up choosing the Strawberry/Mango Boba Tea. She LOVED that the Boba were the ones that popped and not chewy, like she's had at other places. I opted for the Tiramisu cake, which was lovely. Definitely a bit different than what I am used to having, but was still great!

We chose to sit outside since it was a nice day out. Plenty of seating and parking for people.

Our overall experience here was wonderful! Highly recommend giving Sugar'd Up a chance.

Amazing choices, fresh cookies. First time visit I didn't feel rushed and the last was super nice to my kids. They're is a room for kids to eat with movies playing.

This place makes some of the best ice cream I have ever had. They change flavors every few days and I'm never disappointed. The red velvet ice cream is unbelievable they all are...ask for a sample you won't leave without purchasing something

Great little dessert shop that offers a variety of cookies and ice cream. The shop is small but comfortable. It offers inside and outside seating. The staff is friendly and has alot of energy. Prices are very reasonable. I had a scoop of key lime sherbert and it was very fresh, sweet with a nice creamy texture. A nice little spot to take the family.

The young lady who works here. Had nothing ready, no cookies were made , barely flavors left, she worked extremely slow. Everything I tried ordering she would say “I don’t have that ready it will take me 30 minutes” mind you it’s already 2:30pm. Wouldn’t come back to be honest
