Rudest barista ever - I ordered a drive through order yesterday and when I pulled up by the window, I said “hi, I have a mobile order”. The woman in glasses literally yelled at me “well, what is your NAME?!” Okay, Karen. I don’t know who peed in your cereal this morning but no wonder Starbucks is tanking in sales if all they hire are all these rude employees. Will not return.

Barista doing online orders is not following the order. Out of oatmilk and they are not telling the customer is not Starbucks oatmilk, drinks taste different. First 3 drinks came after 10 minutes but last drink we waited 22 minutes. Food was cold in the middle

Three times now I have ordered something and was given the wrong item. Like the picture states, I ordered a chorizo sandwich and was given bacon instead. Using the drive thru another time, which took a while, I ordered a mocha caffe with coconut milk and no whip and received a pumpkin spice latte instead which I drank trusting it was right only to have an allergic reaction and intestinal inflammation due to the milk and cinnamon. I was sick for 3 days with a lot of pain. I give it 2 stars for convenient location and at least the staff is friendly but double check your order, while you are there.

Drive thru closed. No place to park except parking garage. Order was late. Trash overflowing. No idea what’s going on here-I am just passing thru town.

Whoever early morning, opening shift are, they don't have it together. I've been here 5 times now on my way to work, ordered ahead first thing when they opened at 5:30am and I have to wait about 10 minutes before I get my order when I arrive.

I always see the guy looking and walking around like he's pretending to be busy but not really doing anything. The last time I came he saw me pull up to the window but took 5 minutes to come open it and tell me they couldn't add vanilla to my drink.

I have the complete opposite experience whenever I go to the Leesburg Battlefield Starbucks in the mornings on my way to work so it looks like I'll be going back to that one. Takes them 2 minutes from when I put my order in and they're busier than the One Loudoun location.
