I’ve had a great experience at Meridia Garfield 99! The building is modern and well-maintained, with beautiful finishes and a stylish design throughout. The amenities are a huge plus – especially the fitness center and rooftop lounge, which offers amazing views. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s also in a super convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I’m really happy to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale living experience in Garfield!

recently toured this property twice and had an excellent experience with Gia, the leasing agent. She was incredibly warm, patient, and professional, answering all my detailed questions about the lease terms thoroughly. The building appears new and well-managed so far. I haven’t moved in yet, but my experience with Gia and the property management has been outstanding

PAPER THIN WALLS!! Neighbors act like they’re in a house and are so loud even overnight. They don’t stop. I’ve talked to management multiple times about this and I’m not sure if they did do something about it. If they did, nothing has changed. If you value your sleep; I’d think twice about this place. I can’t wait to move out

I helped my nephew find this location as he is a private pilot who frequently flies out of Teterboro.
He loves the building and how well it’s maintained. Miguel is excellent and always available when needed and Gia was excellent with the leasing process.

Do not let the astetics fool you. We were one of the first clients to call this "luxury rental" A home. READ YOUR LEASE! Make sure to take legal action if there is no sections regarding issues. FIRST OFF: A legal ordnance does not give permission for cars to park on the street. The BEST part is that you will got get permission from the town of garfield. Also, take advantage of incompetent management. If I name drop... Remember one thing: complain as a group about issues. Management is recently hired and will not know what to do once multiple complaints are filed.
