I can feel my blood boiling just thinking about this awful store! Let me tell you, stepping foot inside was like walking into a nightmare. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with glares instead of smiles. The staff looked at me as if I was inconveniencing them just by existing.

Trying to find something was a nightmare in itself. Nothing was organized, shelves were half-empty, and the whole place reeked of neglect. And don't even get me started on the prices! It was like they were charging me for the privilege of enduring their rudeness.

But the worst part? The way they treated customers. They were downright mean, snapping at anyone who dared ask a question or request assistance. It was like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my hard-earned money there. Well, let me tell you, they won't be getting another cent from me. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. Frazier was very rude to my son and I hope all of you are careful. Never coming back. #MEAN!!!!!!!!!!

I fully understand that as a customer with a domestic flight, I cannot purchase from Duty Free. Simply wanted to look at an interesting bottle I had never seen before, but was stopped the minute I stepped foot in the store and told repeatedly that I could not purchase anything. Went back and forth trying to explain that I just wanted to look at one bottle and would be on my way. Finally exasperatedly asked if I could stand outside the store and look through the window at the bottle and was told no to that as well. I am not a Duty Free employee and don’t know all of the rules and regulations by heart, but just cannot understand why I couldn’t even look. Very bizarre and baffling experience.

They aren’t open when they advertise they’re gonna be open. Must be a government run store. Sign says they open at 9 and it’s 930…no one.

One hour before my flight, a store guy asked if I was going to the gate he was going to. I said yes, went to quickly buy something and he walked away in one second. Meaning I couldn't buy anything. At the gate he said "oh well". Thanks for the great customer service.

If you are loking to miss your flight, then you will definitely want to check out this place. Absolutely incompetent and dishonest staff. Tried to tell me they could not void an order to exchange something. The manger was unreachable by phone for the better part of an hour.
