Stopped to P. U. C size batteries. Duracells were $2.00 off. Cashier said no they are regular price. I doubled check 3 times. She would not go check it herself. Had to call some to check. Waited & waited. Finally I just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Very poor service at this Ace Hardware Store will never go back there.

Bought a present online for my husband butttt wasn't able to get it picked up myself so called and their super helpful personnel (Jan and guy I didn't get the name of - regrettably) were so understanding and went the extra mile, to disguise his item in the perfect sized box - with padding too!- so he'd be able to collect his own Christmas present without ruining the surprise. My heartfelt appreciation for their stellar team! I pray a merry Christmas and booming business for this location's staff!

Nice clean store. Well stocked. Great convenient location. Only negative is they don't have live plants for sale. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very helpful, the store was very clean and had what I was looking for.

I'll preface this by saying I completely understand and can empathize with how stressful it must be during hurricane season to work at a place like this.

But here's the thing, when I call to ask whether or not you have a specific size of fender washers in stock, maybe...just maybe...you could hold off on your little vent session about how annoying your customers are. Like, cool story, bro, but maybe don't let me listen to you whine to your coworker for a solid minute and a half while I sit there wondering if they remembered I was still on the line.

And here's a wild thought—if you really need to complain, how about you just, I don't know, cover the damn mouthpiece? 😂

Was on my way to Home Depot to repair a small damage from hurricane Milton and saw this Ace hardware store and decided to stop in instead of driving up to HD. I needed around 50 sheet metal screws. This store sells screws individually for whopping $0.43 each. Who the heck sells screws individually? I had no choice to buy with the unknown traffic situation due to the hurricane. This was a total rip-off. Stay away from this place, you'll get ripped-off.

Beware of Ace hardware online pricing/availability. At the store they say they don’t have it, but they have others for $100 more. I was very disappointed that they didn’t even want to offer price match or to get the advertised tool shipped to the store or something to accommodate.

They lie about promotions, super unprofessional store and managers, just a generally poorly ran store. Really wanted to like the people and store but after being lied to multiple times about several promotions, I had to stop and write this review in the parking lot after being lied to once again.
