We purchased a Casablanca Jetta glass console table from D'Europa five years ago. Today one of the glass support panels just exploded! No one was around it. Nothing heavy was on it. It sounded like a bomb going off. Glass went all over the living room. Fortunately no one was there and it was tempered glass or it would have been like shrapnel. This table was never moved and rarely even touched. D'Europa refused to do anything about it saying the warrantee was expired and that's it.

UPDATE: Two days ago we went back to D'Europa. Romeo said he sent the pictures to the manufacturer. We went back to them because they had the cheapest price for a new console. Today the piece was delivered and installed. We like it and they had the best price. One star for the exploding console. Five stars for the new one, price, and service.

This store takes prepayment from people for goods after you come to pick up the goods. And they tell you that you need to pay again, that the store seller, That the owner of the store are scammers, they deceive customers and take more money from them.

i am sharing my experience of the D’europa from whom i bought my hunter douglas blinds they were removed for work to be done i paid them promptly and they tryed to gouge me requesting alot more money for taking 5 minutes for 2 pieces to be snapped on the bracket for reinstalling . i will overpay with the same amount reluctantly since they did not come on the day scheduled a week in advance and waited all day and the following day was told 10-12. by 230 the nice young man showed up and was never instructed by D’Europa to come here at the times scheduled. They were not honest with me or their employee who they tried to have him collect payment in an excess amount. I can no longer trust persons from D’Europa to buy or have my back with work because they were not truthful to fulfill a simple task. 12/2023

Stay away from these jokers. Owner is Stan Serwatka i dealt with. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with him on a large purchase, and provided him all that he had asked for. When i showed up ready to purchase the items, he was always busy and never around to be able to fill my order. No phone calls, no emails, no personal meetings.

They have my credit card on file, all of my info, and just ignore me, i was patient and tried for over 1 month to get a hold of him to no avail.

BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
