Had start up issues. They gave it a thorough series of tests to determine the issue. They identified the part and could even say that it was under warranty and where to go to get it replaced. They also contacted me by text message, which was a convenient and quick way of corresponding. I explained that my brakes were spongy and needed repaIr and likely needed the fluid replaced and bled. They replaced rear pads, turned the rotors and replaced brake fluid. However, the brakes still sank to the floor when applied gently. I called back a few times left, left messages, and also scheduled for appointment on line. They never responded. While they seemed friendly people and eager to do work on my car, their follow up service remains to be desired.
