Dr.Cibran has been my dr since I was born and is now the dr for my children I wouldn’t have it any other way…unfortunately he usually resides in whatever office is doing the worst so that he can correct all of the issues with that location. I recently went to the 49th street location bc the appointment scheduler didn’t correct me when I said “Cibran at 49th street location” and had a very unpleasant experience. I get that my appointment went from being scheduled to showing up as a walk in but a 2 hr wait where there where not a lot of people is ridiculous. The first nurse was very nice, the 2nd judged me and the woman at the desk was less then competent…idk why it is if Cibran himself isn’t in the office his staff acts a fool. He himself as a dr if THE BEST. For some reason he seems to have difficulty with hiring pleasant staff.

He’s a great dr who is also just great with kids in general. Always makes them smile. He explains the condition and the treatment options and let’s the parent decide what is best for their child. Definitely one of a kind.

Dr. Cibran is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and truly know his stuff! He has been my children Dr. since day one and my oldest is 18. Grandma told me about him because he was also their Dad's Dr growing up... experience speaks for itself after all that time.

I cannot say the same for all the other Dr.'s that work at this office but Cibran is a 'Grade A' Pediatrician. I always make sure when I make an appointment that it's with him specifically.

I must say to the person made the one star review because they couldn't get the referral.... there is a policy of some sort in place that states a Dr. must see the child/patient before he/she can issue a referral to a specialist... and from my past experience that's any Dr. office you go to. Although I think it's a stupid policy and have always disliked it myself, it does kinda make sense when you think about it... I understand it could be a bad thing too, so I must say I'm sorry if it was detrimental to your child but Cibran shouldn't get a one star because of it. IJS

we ask the Dr..cibran to give us refer to my son to see the specialists ,
he did refuse , he said i have to see him first.they give us very hard time
we lose the appointment we did make with the specialist because of them.
