I checked online and it said limited stock for the SUV battery I was looking at. I called the store and Mike the owner checked to make sure they had it. First he hooked up a portable battery to the battery post terminals to keep the clock and other settings on the dashboard powered up. Then he took the old battery out and replaced it with the new one. He had me start the vehicle to make sure everything was okay and sent me on my way. The customer service was outstanding and I recommend this location to anyone.

I recently visited for the first time. I brought in 4 oldish watches, not super valuable but well loved including two 40 year old Disney watches. The tech quickly replaced batteries at a very reasonable price. I was thrilled! Great service, I'm a new fan. Thanks!

This was my first time at this store. I had an appointment for a new battery and installation. I arrived a little early which was no issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very quick, I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Great place to buy a car battery and have it installed and much more economical.

If you go to this store, I recommend seeing Logan. He's the best! He helped me with a battery issue and didn't ask a thing for it. He could've easily said "go elsewhere", but instead he tried to help me and was successful at it. Absolutely the best customer service! Very impressed. Will come to this store for future needs.

I highly recommend this location of Batteries Plus. I was able to make an appt right away and when I showed up didn’t have to wait. They have a parking spot right in front and Mike, the owner, replaced my car battery himself. He saw some corrosion and cleaned it up which I really appreciated! My car’s battery harness was a bit tricky but Mike was a pro. I’m glad I decided to have it installed vs doing it myself.

The owner of this place is just wonderful. His staff initially asked me to buy parts from them to diagnose my water damaged phone, but they couldn't guarantee it would be salvaged.
The parts didn't fix the phone unforuantely. So the owner refused to take payment even though I had agreed to pay for the parts. A genuine gesture that really meant a lot me - and shows his decency.

Mike was great and very professional. He helped me with purchase and installation of the replacement battery for my 2015 VW GTI. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely go back again, Highly recommended!!!

Great customer service! The owner himself put my car battery in, and was so nice. I wanted a decent price without the hassle of Walmart, and I was very happy with my first experience here.
